I was referred by a friend and thus received an email directly from a Senior Associate. After I sent my resume she asked if I could interview the next day--I was busy, so asked to delay the interview about a week. The interview at SF headquarters had two parts. First, a video conference with a Senior Account Manager in NYC, then an in-person interview with the Senior Associate in SF. Both interviews had fairly standard questions: who are you? why FM? why this role?, etc. The interview with the senior associate was more resume-based (asking for more background on various points listed on my resume), while the video conference was more discussion interview questions. Overall very easy process. It has been one week since I interviewed and I have not heard any more news from them, which I imagine means I will not be moving forward in the process.
