Test psicotécnico METTL, una prueba matematica, logica y verbal
Was contacted by them saying my profile fit a high-level management role in Marketing/Comms. The role looked very interesting. Things went well after the initial conversation with HR.
Right afterwards HR informed me I had to perform a psychotechnical test, the Mettl test. It consists of logic puzzles, math equations, and language reasoning.
It's not a test neurodivergent people would excel on. And it has very little, if anything, to do with the role. That said it's a non-negotiable for them. I did not meet the required score and was immediately discounted from consideration for the role. Complete BS.

Insane test where they measure abstract reasoning. IMO it's a way of weeding out neurodivergent people who use other methods of reasoning.
