Interview process was long. The questions were all situational based. The interview was done by two managers. A lot of the questions were based around customer service experiences. Give me a time you received exceptional service? What does exceptional customer service mean to you? Also asked questions about how I would study for the series 7 exam.

Entrevista
I applied on December 15th. They made me an offer I couldn't say no to. It was great. I signed the offer letter. I did the various pre hire forms and questions. I did the I9 form. I did the drug test, and got finger printed. On the 18th of January I got a call and the hiring manager/person told me that due to previous terminations that they had to stop the hiring process. Which is strange because I disclosed that in my application. Why wouldn't they just reject my application? I had already begun anticipatory socialization. I had left my previous job. I sent an email trying to explain everything. I'm hoping I hear back. At the least I feel like they should compensate me for the time I put into their pre hire stuff, especially since they new about the issue upfront. Their loss, I'm a ducking delightful.

Entrevista
Pretty standard process ("Name a time you overcame an adversity at work", "How comfortable are you in a team environment" etc.) They are looking for people who are very customer-focused, and have the capability to pass the Series 7 and Series 63 exams.
