Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Fieldstone Communities (San Antonio, TX) em dez. de 2008
Entrevista
My initial contact with the company was a phone interview with the HR Director in CA. I had gotten information from the external recruiter about the company and the person I would be talking to. I didn't know much about the industry, so did a bit of research ahead of time. The interviewer was very thorough and I was very candid about my past experiences. Paid off because she appreciated me sharing more than most candidates had before. Got me to the next step in the process.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Fieldstone Communities em jan. de 2009
Entrevista
I was contacted by the company based on a reference by a colleague. After a brief phone interview, a schedule was set for a 1:1 in person interview. The first interview went well and was fairly ordinary. I felt the impression that it went well and that there would be another round of interviews. At the second interview, I was questioned in detail by two different individuals. The interview was more in depth than the first round. I was frequently asked about my weaknesses, failures and shortcomings that I experienced in my previous work history. This made the interview somewhat awkward as I was certainly prepared to talk about my successes. I did have a token response for questions about my weaknesses, but I had to really dig deep to offer up more in depth responses to any past failures. I think that I answered as effectively as possible without casting myself in a negative light. Although the interview did not feel as positive as the first, I was offered a position, but ultimately decided against making a change.
