Applied online, called for an interview. Interview in the Food Court. The interview took about 30 minutes. It was very casual and the manager wanted to make sure that you were a hard worker and dedicated to sales.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
