Quick & Easy, You apply online, they call, you have an interview with the managers. All of them must "ok" you. They ask very general questions, if you are agreed on by all managers you will be called and offered the job.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history
interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
