You have to do a short demo class and then answer simple questions about your availability and skills. The interviewer acts as the student in the demo lessons. The lesson topic is provided.

Entrevista
The interview was easy. It was online with one interviewer. I had to do a demo lesson and was given feedback on that. After the interview I had to do a three day training with a group of other new teachers.

2 Part Interview: First, an initial chat over Skype with a recruiter in Beijing. They ask questions about your education, work experience, future plans and why you want to work in China. Basically checking that you're not massivley weird/ugly/insane.
Second Part is a 5 minute demo class that you present over Skype again. Very easy, just sing songs and teach some basic English. At the end I was given a brief evaluation and then told that I was suitable for the job. All future correspondence was done by email.
