Entrevista
It was a 3 round process with First round being purely HR Interaction. The second round involved test in reading, typing and listening skills. The third round with the Operations team to qualify as a valid candidate. The interview lasted for a whole day where they had a lot of gap in between these tests which could have been better, also the dedicated person from Operations team was not available initially but they managed to get someone to get the Interview done.

Entrevista
Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.

Easy interview i had two interview 1 on camera and other over the phone. Pretty much the second interview went over ever. It was call a informative session where everything was went over and questions were being asked
