Entrevista
I got a call from the HR department of FirstSource just five minutes after clicking the apply button on Monster.com recruitment website. I was called the next day, were all of the following tests were done.
Grammar, letter writing, typing, group discussion, two one to one discussions, over 40 minute’s discussion with the operations manager, this was mainly about my previous job.
The second Interview was at a club house, with all the selected candidates for checking the skill sets and abilities. Introduction of the company and rules were given here.

Questions were shared ahead of the interview so I was prepared. Interview took about 15 minutes. Interviewer was calm but not conversational.
Asked questions on empathy, listening and difficult customers then teamwork.
I passed the interview and worked for about 6 months.

Engaging and qestions were mostly scenario based. Started with questions based on items on CV and functions in each of the previous roles. In total there were about 5 scenario based questions.Interview was virtual and lasted about 30min. Contact was made two weeks after with offer

Interviewed with the team manager, it was about 30 mins. The team manager was nice. You will have some ideas about the role.
