Was recruited by an agency recruiter, had a phone screen, which led to a meeting with the hiring manager - the head of product. That was it, as I was rejected after that. I can't even really remember much of the interview - I prepared to do a portfolio walkthrough but he never asked me to show my work. It was just a series of random questions and he didn't seem prepared, there were a lot of awkward pauses, as I was leaning on him to steer the interview as that is not the role of the interviewee. Another recruiter from another agency reached out to me on Linkedin after that, saying I was a good fit and should apply for the role, and I had to let her know I was already rejected and that I didn't know why (she asked if I got feedback) and that is never a good feeling.
