There will be phone interview from HR first. Once you confirm your availability, they won’t reply that they have acknowledged it. Next is after the interview their spiel is they are still interviewing other candidates and will give you feedback a week after which didn’t happened. They don’t even reply to a thank you letter nor respond to a follow through.

Entrevista
Was quite a positive experience, interview was more of a relaxing and comforting mood, rather than the confrontational style seen in various other Korean companies. FYI, there is a translation test (Kor > Eng, Eng > Kor) so if you are not fluent in both languages, best be prepared.

Entrevista
One online interview and a writing test which took 90 minutes. The interview is with two currently employed personnel and they ask questions regarding your work flow and previous experience.

What previous experience makes me qualified for this role
The interview will begin with hr first then team lead, lastly the general manager to confirm your capability through phone call, the whole process takes 2 weeks including interview and contract signing
