Entrevista
A HR recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn regarding an open position at the FH office near me. I did two phone interviews (one with the HR recruiter and the other with the local FH managing supervisor), and then two in-person interviews (one outside of the office due to schedules) and the second at the office for a tour/meet and greet with other employees. Following a writing test and reference check, I received an offer via phone.

There were a few rounds, where I was able to speak to different people around the firm and hear about their roles. Each came prepared and I was able to learn a lot about the firm as a whole.

Call from recruiter to find out more about why I applied and why I want to work agency side. Had an interview with two directors and then was offered to speak with the team. Overall it was a brilliant process and the recruiter was lovely.
