The first round was an interview with a manager where they went over the resume as well as a leetcode style live coding assessment. I did not make it past this round, but had I the next round would be a CTO conversation, technical panel, and system design panel.

Everything started out great I chatted with the HM and was invited for the next round of interviews, but that is where everything broke down. The company said they wanted to move fast and scheduled the next round for the next day. The next day, I was told the interviewers were on time off and had to reschedule. The interview round was rescheduled for the following day and again. Had to be rescheduled due to the unavailability for the interviewers. Now on the third try, only the interviewer for the first round showed up. The second of the two had to be rescheduled again. The interview I did have consisted of the interviewer either not speaking at all or speaking too much. Not letting me type out a line of code before making a suggestion. I decided I have had enough and will not proceed furtherer.

Nice process. Initial HR interview followed by meeting with manager. Manager reviewed situation management and pass experience as much as getting an understanding of engineering mindset. It was quite informal but was constructive
