Recruited through LinkedIn, setting up time for a 30min phone screen. 1st round was a general briefing about the company by the recruiter, with them asking about your prior experience. Eligibility to work in the U.S. and salary range are also discussed. 2nd round consisted of 3 planned 1:1 interviews onsite, with 1 surprise interview at the very end (in my case). As other reviews mentioned, they are often late and do keep you waiting. However, I felt these interviews consisted of intelligent conversation and case studies. The entire process took about 1 week. Both rounds of interviews were conducted in the same week for me, with an offer extended by the end of the following week.

there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.
