Flexport has one of the best interview processes I've ever seen. I was so impressed that they're super clear about everything and they're efficient/accommodating. Even their rejection email is really kind and transparent. The in-person interview is long and, near the end, I was absolutely exhausted so make sure to ask to go to the bathroom or something if you're not used to longer interviews. I will say though this position seems more consulting-y than data-y.

3 rounds, first is phone interview with basic introduction, second round is interview by junior, third round is a case interview with a supply chain scenario were you have to answer how you would deal with a problematic situation.
