Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Flexport (Chicago, IL).
Entrevista
The fastest, most personal, most interesting interview process I've ever experienced. I originally applied for the Data Ops role and received an email a day or two after submitting an application prompting me to answer some screener questions via video. I submitted my video on a Saturday and received a call (a call! not an email!) from a recruiter, who was the nicest person imaginable, asking if I would consider the Global Ops position instead because I had a year of working experience in the industry under my belt. The recruiter really conveyed to me that she not only carefully reviewed my background and app materials, but that she cared about setting me up for success with each step of the interview process. After asking me a few low pressure and conversational questions about my last job, she scheduled 3 in-person interviews in the Chicago office. She told me what to expect in each interview and who I would be meeting with.
Interviewing at the Chicago office was such a treat. I thought I loved Flexport going in, but the people sold me. Everyone in my first 3 interviews had looked over my resume beforehand and prepared questions accordingly. Even during the assessment-style interviews, the interviewers are conversational and help you work through the challenge presented. I don't think I had the correct answer in either assessment, but the interviewer assures you that the objective of the assessments are to see how you think and work through complex problems.
A day or two later, I received an email from my recruiter to set up a second round of interviews with two senior team members. The first interview with a manager was a pretty class interview. We had a half-hour together, but he left plenty of time for me to ask questions. He was clearly passionate about Flexport and candid about the daily challenges/past mistakes. The second interview was with the office's general manager. She was *the* most informative person I interviewed with, she knows everything about Flexport and what they have going on. Each question she asked opened into a genuinely enjoyable conversation.
I received an offer two days after my last interview. The entire process took 2-3 weeks and the average response time after each step was 2 days.
there were three stages: a regular interview with questions such as telling the interviewer about yourself and some STAR style questions, a case study interview surrounding dealing with an unhappy client/losing client’s supplies, and an interview which surrounded questions on drive and resilience.

Phone screen followed up by interview with hiring manager. Got an auto email saying they were moving on with other candidates whose skills more closely aligned with what they were looking for.
