I went through 2 rounds. First interview was just a screening call with an HR person. Second interview was with the hiring manager who asked questions more specific to the role. Most questions were about RFI's and knowledge of the laws around public schooling systems and Privacy Laws

I was emailed about the position and then we set up a phone interview. It lasted for about thirty minutes and was overall a positive experience. At times it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

After an overly-lengthy interview process involving work projects (note the plural noun), revisions to said project, role play exercises and several behavioral interviews, I was invited for a final, in-person, 3+ hour endurance interview.... basically you sit in their interview room and they'd rotate different staff in every 20-30min for the entire duration of the 3+ hour process, pelting some random and pre-determined questions at you.
The body language of one manager (who I would be working for) instantly told me that she did not want me to have this job no matter what. She sat there, arms crossed, seemed bored and was extremely curt in her responses and disinterested in my responses.
It was demeaning and I could tell it was a waste of time for me to be there. That behavior left a really bad taste in my mouth.
It wasn't a 'stress test' or a 'stress component' to see how I handle pressure. It was a her genuine personality and a genuine dislike of my candidacy for whatever reason.
