Short process consisted of basic interview questions, Strengths, Skillset, Communication and Customer Service skills. Lasted about 45 minutes and was done by the store manager. Heard back within a week on what decision was made.

The interview process was easy. They take you to the café area and ask you simple questions. If you do well enough (which you more than likely will) they call you a day or two after & tell you if you got it.
