I went through 5 rounds of interviews. Not really seeing that the CEO did not show up to the last interview. I sat there for 20 mins and no communication whatsoever. Reached out to the recruiter, she was very nice and apologetic, told me she would reach out to him, couple hours later I was told he had an “emergency” and simultaneously that the role was filled btw I was also told they were hiring for 2 positions for the role. Less than 2 weeks later the role has been reposted. I’ve seen many people say this has happened to them. The people there seem nice, based on the reviews I’ve read leadership seems to be the problem. I feel bad that they have to put up with that just to have a job.
