Entrevista
The CEO was very rude, hypocritical, poor attitude, and had superiority complex issues. I would never work for this company with poor management. He started the interview by stating that he has verified my credentials that are genuine by using the CCIE Verification tool even though the company is not even a Cisco Partner. Usually, I am glad that the company is screening their applicants prior to the interview but later I discovered that he really didn't believe it genuine and has pre-judgment against me. At the end of the interview, he advised that I would be invited for a 2nd interview round and come to the office in person. Just 2 hours later got the feedback from HR that we will not proceed forward.
It looks like he has a pre-conceived decision for not hiring me prior to the interview and the interview was just a foregone conclusion and no matter how I perform in the interview, he will never hire me. In addition to that why you speak of a 2nd interview round and just 2 hours after the interview, I got that I am not selected. You could have said, The HR will be contacting you with the feedback. But this is hypocrisy speaking of a 2nd interview and you know that you will not move forward. The CEO is very disgusting and disrespectful. My advice is just to stay away

Entrevista
Competency test followed by Telephone interview, then a face to face panel interview and final One on one with Teamleader. Other questions were based around the patching process and how to troubleshoot SCCM issues based on real world scenarios
