Applied at the store and dropped off my resume. I got a call from them within a week for an interview. Stopped by for the interview which was a group interview and it was with 4 other people. Pretty simple questions, took literally about 30 min. Got another call from them within that week asking if can stop by for orientation the next week and that was basically it. Everyone in my group interview got the job.

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.
