I heard they were having a job fair at Aventura Mall so I just went to see my chances of getting a job there. When I went there there was only 1 person in front of me. I had to fill out a form. The questions were easy. There was a desk and we had to wait in a line to interview with the managers.

simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
