The actual interviewing process for both part and full time is nice and normal. You sit down, answer questions to the best of your abilities, and then you leave. Since the positions are filled upon finding a candidate, you should know within a week. If you don't hear back within a week, you didn't get the job and they don't tell you why you didn't get the job. It usually is not up to the branches themselves, it's all dependent upon if the library administration feels that you are worthy of working there.
