Two Rounds.
The interview process was fairly simple. You just apply on their website and if you are a good match they will contact you within 3 days.
1. HR Call (Either Teams or Phone call) - Just a normal self-introduction and talking through your CV.
2. Interview with Direct Manager (Teams) - Technical questions.

The first stage process was a live teams interview followed by an assessment centre. I felt like the process was personal and actually enjoyed both the interview and assessment centre.

Felt like interviewer was vibe checking and wanted to know if i would fit well in the team. they knew that fresh grads wouldnt have much industry knowledge so they did not question much on it. friendly and very understanding.

40 minute call with a recruiter, simple conversational questions assessing experiences, motivations and some hypothetical questions. The interviewer was friendly and relaxed. Conducted over the phone, with the next steps being an in person assessment centre.
