Initial HR screening and the person I spoke with was very nice. Overall great first interview & really informational. I originally went in for an in person interview for one position and ended up being told I'd be a better fit for another position. It sounded interesting so I still moved forward. This consisted of a phone interview with 2 team members where we reviewed a case study that was sent to me prior. I felt this was a great way to a.) interview someone and b.) give me a better understanding of the role and where my day to day decisions would stem from. From there, I went in a second time to meet with 4 people (2 groups of 2). Everyone was really nice, they did ask more non-standard interview questions and it was more of a discussion for sure which was also nice. Overall process was pretty quick (about a week or so) and really thorough but enjoyable.

I thought it was a great interview process and they went very in-depth in the areas that it mattered. I learned a lot about the position and the expectations that they had for the person they were looking to hire.

Initial phone call with a recruiter, then an at-home aptitude test and personality test, then a 30 minute zoom call with two department managers, and then two back-to-back zoom calls with one HR rep and one manager, and then one manager and one department director

The interview required 3 phases: A phone screening and 2 in person interviews. All in all, it was a great experience with good conversations. I felt as though they were trying to actually get to know the kind of worker I am/can be rather than judge based entirely off of past experience.
