The interview process is a three-step processes, the first, a phone interview, second, a personal interview with your potential manger and talent-acquisition, and the last with the President and Directors.

I did a phone screening with the talent acquisition manager and controller of my department before coming for an in-person interview a few days later. I met with various members of the departments I would be working for/with, as well as the president of the company. Overall, a very pleasant interview experience.
