Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Forward Financing (Boston, MA) em dez. de 2019
Entrevista
Submitted application online and received a request for a phone interview later that day. As with other interviews listed, the phone interview was about 45-50 minutes long asking questions like "name 5 strengths that previous managers would say about you" "Name your previous managers". A day later I was asked to come in for an in-person interview to meet with their VP of Sales and Director of Talent. During this interview it started with VP and Talent sharing their life and how they got to Forward Financing. They then went in detail asking questions about everything that was in my resume. "What was my college GPA, what was my high and low point of college, did I work in college, how many hours did I work". From there it was the same format for the rest of my work experience plus listing who my direct managers were and what they would say my strengths and weaknesses are. For me, the focus on college and my time during college was a little strange (as it's been close to 10 years since i've graduated) however, while sitting in the lobby waiting for the interview to begin their new hire binder for the most part had individuals who had graduated college in the last three-five years. With my level of experience in the workforce, I had imagined more thought provoking/ number driven questions.

I was contacted by an internal recruiter via Linkedin for the Account Manager role. The recruiter honestly seemed less interested in really getting to know someone and was more focused on going through a list "checking the boxes". Asking for referrals and names of previous managers in the first phone screening - this I questioned, which immediately caused the recruiter to attempt to end the call.
Not sure about the internal culture but this was honestly a strange phone screening and a complete turn off.
Sales professionals... best to spend your time entertaining other companies in the area. Should have listened to honest Glassdoor reviews before entertaining.
