Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Forward Financing.
Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me and I applied through him. First round was a 30 minute call with the recruiter which was standard. Second was one hour with my future boss where we discussed my background and the role. Next was a 90 minute take home technical test. Third round was one hour with HR and a member from a different tech team. Like others have mentioned below, they asked questions about what I did in college, which clubs I was in, why I chose that school/major, etc. They were nice about it but felt ridiculous/irrelevant to who I am today and the role discussing what I did 10 years ago. They also asked for every job you’ve ever had, what your manager’s name was and if they were to call that manager today, what they would say you could’ve improved upon. So essentially they asked “what are some of your weaknesses” five different times. Recruiter emailed me a day or two after that interview saying he heard good things and that he would reach out in a couple days. Well after that, he ghosted me for a month, finally reached back out, scheduled a time for him to call me, and then no-showed that call. I haven’t heard anything even after emailing him to see if we needed to reschedule. Between the unprofessionalism of the recruiter and the absurdity of the interview process, I must say that this company reeks of a company that would pull a job offer without a second thought or reach out to your current employer. It’s a shame because my interactions with who I actually would’ve been working with were great but the gatekeepers (recruiting/HR) left a bad taste in my mouth.
