Very well planned and easy to communicate with recruiter. Scheduled phone interview consisted of credentials and explanation of current roles with present company. A fit was seen from the recruiter and immediately set up 2 interviews the following week. All basic interview questions were covered, it was more of a this is the role, can you execute? Easy going, laid back atmosphere in general.
