Applied online and received a call back for preliminary questions, but did not hear again after. I went in to the shop directly and spoke with the manager who arranged a formal interview with me, and had said he had no notification about my application.

Overall it was a good experience. We discussed my experience in the industry and it felt relatively welcoming. I was ensured training would be given for any gaps in my knowledge.
