intensive and hire the best people possible, worth the time, I applied online than they called me in for an interview at the corporate office in Doylestown I had an interview and did some testing there. later in the week they called me back and set me up for a second interview at the actual dealership with the general manager who was very nice. two days later they called and offered me the position
