I was referred by a pretty high ranking employee for an interview. This person talks a lot about himself but doesn't hold the values he preaches. Three rounds of interview in one day. Pretty basic questions surrounding your CV and a couple of business cases. What made the entire experience negative was their attitude after the interview. I reached out after the interview with a Thank-You note, no response. A couple of weeks after, reached out to ask about my application, no response. And not just with the person who did the correspondence, but also every single person who interviewed me. And for me that made me decide that I don't want to work with a company that doesn't even value their applicants' time and efforts to acknowledge that they've gone ahead with another candidate. I actually knew the people who got selected as well so I knew I didn't get it, but this attitude of the company is extremely insulting and unprofessional. They don't even pay well. Honestly, stay away. You don't want to work with a company that cannot treat its candidates well.
