The overall process was relatively slow. They emailed me to set up a phone interview about two-three weeks after I applied online. Once the phone interview happened they told me they were going to reach out to schedule an in-person interview. From there it took a week to hear back and schedule, and another week until I actually had the interview. They asked me to take a PDI survey prior, and told me my interview would be with three seperate people with a specific time frame of an hour and a half. I ended up having to reach out to ask for a link to the PDI survey because their original email didnt get to me. When I showed up to the interview they threw in a surprise “excel test” at the end which was an extra hour and a half, totaling the interview at three hours long (without notice of the extra hour and a half). The excel test was more of an operational efficiency test using data in excel. They told me they would get back to me later the following week either way and they did so communication is accurate for the most part.

First the phone interview with HR. Then after 3 weeks 2nd interview with hiring manager. And then after 2 weeks I was told to wait another 2 weeks to know if I have a 3rd interview round. Finally was ghosted.
