So they staff started out with a group presentation letting us know the expectations of the job and meet and greet with senior flight attendants along side in flight recruiting from 2yrs-25yrs with Frontier. All of them love the job that they are doing which made me happy to see and more determined to get the job. They started by having two current flight attendants answer questions from the guest and little by little started to take people towards another room to interview one on one with other current flight attendants. Once you are done if you make the first round of interview they have you wait with the main group until they call your name to go and interview with the two inflight managers. They pretty much ask the same questions that are here on the website. after you are done they took me into a room where several other where and we waited patiently until they called our names (at this point all you can do is wait). One of the inflight managers walked in and called several of us to fallow her into a fourth room which at this point can go 50/50 and the way they break the news to you is still a 50/50 if you make like I did they will take you to get fingerprinted and drug tested the same day ( so if you partake in extracurricular activities then you wasted your time and energy and money) so don't do anything stupid that drug test will stay on the record which if you apply with any other airline they will be able to see why you got disqualified.
