Initial online video interview, followed by a group interview (6 candidates)- Group interview included 2 recruiters ( 1 watching and 1 interacting) as well as the Director and center manager.(minimal interaction primarily watching) Initial introduction to all Frontier employees and candidates, introduction to Frontier, Round table discussion of approximately 6-8 different questions with each person answering each question.

I was required to do a video interview as well as a group interview, which were both very different than what I am used to. Although I believe I presented myself well, it was difficult to get an idea of the type of individual that they were looking for.
