I believe you can tell a lot about a company based on how the interview process and employees are. with my experience, Frontiers interview process was extremely transparent and professional which I really appreciated. As candidates we are usually the ones who are doing the follow ups and waiting to hear back for weeks on end, however this wasn't the case with Frontiers. During my first initial call they discussed the company, the role, and then we discussed my work history. I never had to follow up once as the Talent team had always updated me with regards of next steps or scheduling. The process is also quite speedy, all in all I would definitely recommend
