Process consisted of an initial phone interview. I was asked about my background. There were technical questions about OOP, C#, .NET framework and additional software development questions. Following the phone interview I had an in person interview. The interview was with the team leader, a senior developer and the director of the department. There were more technical questions, some of them were the same from the phone interview. Next, I met with the rest of the team and answered some team dynamic questions.
