Several phone call interviews before meeting with the Managing Director (Bristol office) and a Senior Sales Manager (Birmingham office). The interview was very unprofessional. Every asnwer to a question was followed by very unreasonal follow-up question, which seemed to purposefully trip up the candidates. The questions asked were uncomfortable, unreasonable and rude. Having mentioned my work experience in a family business, it seemed that the success of my family businesses casted a shadow on me through this process. 'Why dont you go work for them?'. This has to be THE worse interview I have ever experienced (and I've experienced some very terrible interviews). The Managing Director (Bristol office) seemed to not really care and wanted the process over so he could continue with whatever else afterwards. Made me feel like a huge inconvenience. If you like to be spoken down to, made to feel your acomplishments are worthless and have your background judged, then this is the place you should apply for.

Phone interview- effectively gave them exactly what they wanted to hear. Money motivated, leadership driven and all that. Its what recruitment companies gobble up as if they actually offer any of it.
