I applied directly on their website. After a while (don't know how long exactly) I received an invitation for a short interview with their senior technical recruiter. We had a good short (30 min) call where I introduced myself, and they introduced the company. After that, I received an email that they want to move forward and scheduled my next interview. The second interview was about 40 min long technical one with a lead developer with a wide variety of questions about JavaScript, React and programming using an online tool. The second interview was recorded. It seemed easy for me, but that might be a biased answer because I was able to answer all the questions. A week later, I wrote to the recruiter that I spoke before, but I did not receive a response. After the second interview, I didn't hear from them for more than 3 weeks. Afterwards, I get an automated email, "Congratulations, you're a G2i Member". Now this is the reason why I mark this interview as a negative experience - I was not applying to be one of the developers on their platform, I was applying for the core team. No one has contacted me since the last interview, which was almost a month ago.
