Recruitment at job fair with interview two days later. It went fairly well the man was nice. I left with a less than impressed view of the company. The largest turn off for me was the description that as a trainee you go to wine and liquor tastings (not the bad part) some employees might und up bring tipsy or even drunk depending on tolerance level and then have to continue their work day driving to the different retailers with alcohol in their system. I just didn’t agree with the thinking. Other than that the interview was fairly good. There were around 8 questions and the final question asked for a summary of all 8 in one sentence.

Interview process was very typical run of the mill questions. Two people - one actually in the sales management role and an HR person - hard to gauge what they’re actually paying to. For the time investment - which was fairly minimal - it was good practice.
