Detailed, we had dinner and an all day interview. The process was long but very good. Allowed the candidate the ability to explain themselves clearly. Overall a great experience and a well put together process
Thorough process. All day, 3 separate interviews along with site walk. Lunch and dinner with much of the leadership team. About 30-45 min interviews with each pair of interviewees. Conversational style with very few wine related questions.
