Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela GE (New Orleans, LA) em abr. de 2016
Entrevista
I received a phone screening call from HR and set up a meeting with a developer lead. When I was talking to developer lead who was not even a hiring manager asked me irrelevant questions and he was not prepared for interview. He was kept putting the phone on mute and I was not even sure if he was listening my answers or doing other tasks. He also got irritated for a no reason, when I was explaining BAs workload on the contract or consulting role. I do not know who even asked this specific individual to interview, but he basically did not care about my skills or talents. I think the hiring managers or the interviewers are thinking finding a job is extremely east nowadays so that they do not need to take the potential candidate serious.

Phone interview with HR/recruiter
The first step in an interview process is usually a phone interview, also known as a phone screen.
This is often conducted by a recruiter or someone from HR, not the hiring manager.
The general idea of this interview is to confirm some basic details about why you’re looking for a new job, whether you’re currently employed, when you’re available to start, and whether you have the basic skills and qualifications for the role.
Clear, it was a good discussion. People were very engaged. Zoom is hard to do these type of discussions but we did the best that we could under the circumstances.
