I had two phone interviews with HR employees and one on campus interview with two senior management. Flew in the day before and had interviews in morning and had lunch after.

Straightforward process with plenty of basic questions. Multiple rounds with email notifications between each level. Nothing surprising, what you would expect for large firm. Not sure what else to say.

Verbal, informal, nice it was a time of my life when I met people in GE office and we drank coffee. I also had a handshake with the receptionist. The toilet was very clean and tidy.
