Applied of software engineer placement in the UK.
1.CV and Cover letter.
2. 3 judgemental tests. They consisted of short videos which place you in a situation and then you have a choice between 4 answers. You have to say which is the best answer and the worst. Don't believe there is a way to prepare for this.
3. A video interview through HireVue that consisted of basic questions. Nothing technical.
After this I was given locations where I would like to work but none of them suited me so I had to decline the offer.

Entrevista
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.

Hirevue - two rounds with video responses and short answer questions. Should hear back after the second one pretty straightforward with mostly behavioral questions and interest in the company and their products

Entrevista
Meet at career fair, then one round of one interview over zoom. The interview was held with 2 different senior engineers. During the process there is contact with a recruiter.
