Entrevista
Applied online, was contacted via email the next day. Called in for a skills/typing test which measured aptitude for multitasking and typing speed. After this test, I was asked to set up a phone interview which consisted of my background, work and education. Questions pertained to why I wanted to work for Geico with the degree I had, responsibilities at previous jobs, etc. Was called back for a 1 on 1 interview with a member of HR where I answered some personality questions and then was given 3 roleplays to do (you pretend to be a representative from a ficticious company to sell HR a product) and then when this was done I was asked to return the next day for a shadowing session with an actual sales rep. for over an hour. Finally, I was interviewed by the sales manager and offered the position. Plan to spend many hours in this interview process.

Why did you choose Geico considering the degree you have?
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

Entrevista
It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
