I was interviewed by phone. Then I went for a meet and greet at the client site. The meet and greet took place with the Unit Chief to make sure it was a good fit. It was not an interview. Had it not been a fit they would have shopped me to other Units at the same Federal agency that were in need of PSS's

Telephone interview, they basically just described the job. I was recommended by someone in leadership at the company who had already interviewed me in previous jobs so he knew my experience, so it was an easy interview. However, it did take an extended period of time, three months, between being offered the job and actually starting, which I was not prepared for, due to funding needing approval.
