There was intially an aptitude round after clearing there were 3 rounds based on case study , HR and fit rounds
Each round is a elimination round
Case studies and guesstimates are very important
And prepare for your cv based questions well

Una ronda de examen estilo GMAT y despues una entreista de caso con un de harvard business en donde nos dividieron en dos grupos de 4 personas y depués tuvimos que analizar el caso y despues negociar. todo esto mientras eramos observados
The interview process includes an Aptitude Test to assess reasoning skills, followed by Interview Round 1 for technical expertise, Interview Round 2 for HR/behavioral fit, Interview Round 3 for managerial/case study evaluation, and a Group Interview to test communication.
