It was a basic interview, where HR does the first interview. Standard questions. The second interview (same day for me) was conducted by the partner in charge (one of the smartest men in the industry, in my opinion). They said they would get back to me and I was offered a position within a few days. I never had to follow up. Kim (the HR manager) is one of the best I have worked with and she is really on top of things.
