Communication occurred via LInkedIn for theusual CV and Cover Letter. IT was followed up by a phone interview with HR to discuss behavioral questions, and then 2 interview at the site, the second one focusing on an actual project to show the approach. Before the offer, a last aptitude quiz on-line was necessary to assess my intellectual skills.
