Had a phone interview to get a brief lowdown and simple questions. Had a technical exercise which I was able to come in, show my exercise, checkout the place, and ask/be asked questions. Overall, thought it was pretty seamless, it wasn't an intense interview but still seemed to give me the ability to showcase my skill set. I actually had an interview 6 months prior, but I had to decline the follow up interview for personal reasons. It was nice they still let me interview again later in the year.
